Forest Pics

Multi tasking...typically Singapore Fare..

While I was running my 8km run with my running buddy, I took pictures of the forest. Exploring possibilities of negative and positive spaces. Will be updating some of the pictures on this blog soon. In the meantime, I will concentrate on my 4X100m race and see if I can discover more..

My efforts in exploring negative spaces among positive spaces; negative spaces in positive ones.
An attempt to fuse aural compositions on Positivity and Negativity.
A Mixed media aural photomontage project.

Positive....

Positive science, for a general usage in humanities and social sciences
Positivism, in philosophy, the name for theories which aim to be based on facts alone, eschewing metaphysics and religion
Positive freedom, the opportunity and ability to act to fulfill one's own potential
Positive law is man-made law (statutes) in contrast with natural law (derived from God or morality)

Negative.....

Negative sign, a term in astrology describing passive or feminine signs of the zodiac
Negative space, in art, the space around or between elements of the subject
Negative feedback, a feedback loop that responds in the opposite direction to a perturbation
Negative image is an inversion of a positive image.

I will chart my progress in working on my project in this blog. With exploration on images, various emotives, expressions and mediums based on the symbiotic relationships between negativity and positivity.
